Cancellation Policy:

If a cancellation is made with over 5 working days to go before your booked session, you will be able to transfer you payment to another booked session.

If cancellation is made within 5 working days of your booked session, you will be refunded 50% of the session fee, which could be paid into a future booking.

A cancelled session within 48 hours of your session is difficult for us to fill in this short amount of time. For this reason there is no refund. However, you could pass your session on to somebody else as a gift or they could buy it from you, as long as you let us know who is coming in your place.
